1. FORUMS AND CHAT
1.1. You may read the forums and use them.
1.2. You may use our forum fully when you are logged in.
1.3. You must respect everyone in the forums.
1.4. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
1.5. You can not use the forum for promotion. The Earn.bz forums are only used for Earn.bz discussions and announcements. Anything else will result in account termination.
2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. Keep your password safe, if you lose it, you may request it again and it will be emailed to you.
2.2. You can only have one account. If you try to make more, you will be suspended.
2.3. You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.
2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5. Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person other than the creator.
2.6. Our current pay rate is $0.008 for each website standard members visit and $0.002 for each website their direct referrals visit. Silver members earn $0.01 for each website visit and 50% from each website their direct referrals visit. Gold members earn $0.01 for each website visit and 100% from each website their direct referrals visit.
2.7. By joining Earn.bz, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
2.7. You are not an employee of Earn.bz and you are not an independent contractor for Earn.bz. Earn.bz is an advertising platform where advertisers and affiliators connect with each other. You or Earn.bz has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
2.7. You must be able to read and understand proper English.
3. REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer 50 people as a standard member, 90 as a silver member and 250 as a gold member.
3.2. You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
3.3. Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
3.4. You may not use our import contact system to spam.
3.5. You can only rent referrals when they are available.
3.6. Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.
3.7. Members Upline Cannot be changed.
3.8. You can only have 50 referrals from India, Indonesia, China or Taiwan. The rest of the referrals must be internationall!
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Do not attempt to cheat, you will be suspended.
4.2. Do not attempt to edit information through hacking, you will not succeed.
4.3. If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.
5. PAYMENTS TO USERS
5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. We will pay all our standard members 7 business days after the payment request. Premium members are paid instantly.
5.3. You must accumulate atlast $4 for your 1st Payment Request. All the other Payment Requests can be requested when you have more than $8.00 in your account balance. You need to view atleast 20 websites between your Payment Requests.
5.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
5.5. All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
5.6. We will pay to the payment address on your account.
5.7. We can decline any payments of user suspected of cheating.
6. ADVERTISEMENTS
6.1. We do not accept illegal content nor frame breaking websites.
6.2. Users can view ads every 24 hours.
7. PAYMENTS TO Earn.bz
7.1. You may pay using the methods provided.
7.2. All payments and purchases are services rendered and non-refundable. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
7.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN.
7.4. Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We can suspend any account at anytime, for any reason and without a warning or notice.
8.2.Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
8.3. We will keep certain information to idenify cheating accounts that are suspended.
8.4. We reserve the right to terminate accounts inactive for more than 90 days.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. We will not be liable because of acts of War, God, or Nature. Or any other random things.
9.2. We can edit our website at anytime for any reason.
9.3. We will not be held responsible for anything out of our control. This includes anything cause by our users, host, or service providers.
